The three Workshops below are designed with the wish for you and your employees or colleagues to have an accessible and myth-busting experience of yoga.

I offer an in-the-moment feeling of the amazing physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga.

Workshop 1 - 90 minutes

A straight-up 90-minute yoga class for up to 12 people.

This class will be accessible, grounding and meditative. Ideal to create a harmonious, joyful group feeling, to bring people to themselves, and settle them into the day ahead or as a wind-down.

The class will include: voice work, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a deep relaxation.

Following an initial evaluation session, you can sign up for an initial six weeks of regular yoga classes.
