Not your typical yoga…

Ready to soothe your body and soul?

If you are ready to go deeper in your yoga practice, you’ve come to the right place :))

Not your typical yoga…

If you love yoga but experience stiffness and locks in your body, you are in the right place :)

Yoga can help us to meet challenges like anxiety, stress and low mood, poor sleep and digestion, physical difficulties and emotional issues.

I’m a Hatha yoga teacher with over 10 years’ teaching experience - and I offer bespoke 1:1 yoga classes for people looking to go beyond exercise in their yoga. I want to offer you connection with your breath, greater body awareness and understanding of alignment, and the gift of presence and mindfulness practices.

Anxiety & Stress?

Optimal and slower breath is key - and poses like spinal twist are incredible for easing into a more relaxed state.

Issues with Sleep?

Stretching the spine and moving each joint allow tensions in the body to be released, for a better night’s sleep.

Digestive Issues?

Yoga poses - as well as belly breathing - massage and stimulate the internal organs and digestive system.

Physical Challenges?

Working to create whole body awareness, yoga poses build strength and flexibility and empower students :)

Let’s go step by step :)

I’m looking forward to connecting with you!

Yoga 4 All Abilities

I have been teaching and training in Yoga For All Abilities since 2017. This incredible practice is both 1:1 and in groups, and can offer life-changing benefits for children and adults alike.

I have over 2,000 hours teaching experience, and regularly train with Yoga For All Abilities founding teachers.

How can I help?

It’s my mission to make a real difference in you, your child and your family’s lives. Research shows that yoga twice a week gives you significantly greater benefits than once a week. When parents or siblings have their own classes too the effects snowball - self-care for your whole family!

Testimonials

  • "Aaron had a fantastic one-to-one session. Laura was able to get him fully focused and engaged in all the yoga poses. A triumph, as new things are not always enjoyable for him. Laura was very patient and gave Aaron much needed time to grasp what to do."

    Brigette, carer

  • "I always feel great after my yoga session. I have some physical issues that mean I am almost permanently in a wheelchair. It feels great to get out of my wheelchair and to be supported by Laura in doing my yoga. It relaxes both my body and mind. It also helps with my breathing, which at times is difficult for me to do. I've never not wanted to attend because I enjoy it so much."

    Keith, Kentish Town

  • "My son Hewitt gained a lot on stretching and body movements. He has severe epilepsy on top of autism and learning disabilies. Yoga has helped him to keep his mobility, flexibility and maintain his quality of life. With the patience of Laura, he could enjoy the time in class and had smiles and satisfaction. Thank you Laura."

    Josephine, mother

  • "Adam really enjoyed the classes both in person and also via Zoom. He was looking forward to them and managed to relax despite his pronounced ADHD."

    Dorota, Islington

  • "I do yoga with Laura. She helps me with stretching and yoga poses. Yoga makes me happy."
