Not your typical yoga…

This is yoga for children and adults with additional needs :)

Yoga for all abilities…

If you or your child has additional or complex needs - usually described as Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) - you are in the right place :)

Yoga can help kids and adults with SEND to meet challenges like anxiety and stress, poor sleep and digestion, physical difficulties and emotional issues.

I’m a Hatha yoga teacher with 7 years’ experience working with kids and adults with SEND - I offer bespoke 1:1 yoga classes for people with diagnoses, conditions and neurodiversity such as:

  • Autism

  • ADHD

  • Cerebral palsy

  • Down’s Syndrome

  • And any other SEN, condition or learning difficulty!

Anxiety & Stress?

Optimal and slower breath is key - and poses like spinal twist are incredible for easing into a more relaxed state.

Issues with Sleep?

Stretching the spine and moving each joint allow tensions in the body to be released, for a better night’s sleep.

Digestive Issues?

Yoga poses - as well as belly breathing - massage and stimulate the internal organs and digestive system.

Physical Challenges?

Working to create whole body awareness, yoga poses build strength and flexibility and empower students :)

Let’s go step by step :)

Yoga For Every SEND

I have been teaching and training in Yoga For All Abilities since 2017. This incredible practice is both 1:1 and in groups, and can offer life-changing benefits for children and adults alike.

I have over 2,000 hours teaching experience, and regularly train with Yoga For All Abilities founding teachers.

How can I help?

It’s my mission to make a real difference in you, your child and your family’s lives. Research shows that yoga twice a week gives you significantly greater benefits than once a week. When parents or siblings have their own classes too the effects snowball - self-care for your whole family!

Thank you Laura."
