Yoga 4 All Abilities

I have been teaching Yoga For All Abilities Hatha Yoga since 2017. This incredible method was originally created for people with additional and complex needs, and is taught both 1:1 and in groups.

It gives life-changing benefits for children and adults alike… and “special educational needs & disability” or not :)
